We have found them to be safe, effective and beneficial when used or taken according to directions. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of the purchase price of the product. The purchaser is liable for any and all fees and shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount. Allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed after the return of a product. Shipping Policy
Credit card orders received on weekdays (Monday thru Friday) are normally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. See exceptions below:
All of our skincare products, supplements, U.S. orders for health analyzers and lighting products are shipped directly to you from our Somersworth, NH location. Orders for health diagnostic analyzers and some other products from outside of the U.S. are normally shipped directly from the manufacturer and are subject to their shipping policies. In any event that we cannot ship your order within our normal shipping policies you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and accurately from our secure website. We do not intend to profit from shipping charges. We also accept phone orders: call 603-692-6193 to place a phone order using your credit card. Shipping costs for phone orders are added by flat rate according to total amount of purchase.
For best shipping costs and fast and reliable delivery (normally within 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S.), select USPS priority mail as your shipping method. Orders under 5 lbs. are automatically shipped USPS Priority mail regardless of shipping method selected.
Note: Orders Shipped Outside U.S.- USPS will be used on all orders shipped outside the U.S. Allow from 7 to 10 days for delivery to most countries.
