We have carefully selected the products we sell. They are used and consumed by our families and friends. We have found them to be safe, effective and beneficial when used or taken according to directions. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of the purchase price of the product. The purchaser is liable for any and all fees and shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount. Allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed after the return of a product. Shipping Policy
Orders received on weekdays (Monday thru Friday) are normally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. See exceptions below:
All of our skincare products, supplements and cell phone EMF protection products are shipped directly to you from Rochester, NH. Orders for health diagnostic scanners and other health devices from outside of the U.S. are normally shipped directly from the manufacturer and are subject to their shipping policies. In any event that we cannot ship your order within our normal shipping policies you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and accurately from our secure website. We do not intend to profit from shipping charges.
For best shipping costs and fast and reliable delivery (normally within 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S.), we ship all packages under 5lbs. USPS.
Note: Orders Shipped Outside U.S.- USPS will be used on all orders shipped outside the U.S. Allow from 7 to 10 days for delivery to most countries.
Tariffs
We ship all health scanners and other health devices direct by the manufacturers in China and PEMF products from Hungary. Products shipped from those countries to U.S. addresses may be affected by tariffs assigned to manufacturers in those respective countries.
Products shipped to all other countries outside the U.S. will not be affected by U.S. tariffs.
